What was your major/degree?
B.S. in Broadcast Journalism
How did your experiences at SU shape your career?
Though I did not pursue a career in Broadcasting, the education I received set the foundation for solid writing skills and public speaking, which are a large part of what I do today. My friendships and faculty connections are still an important part of my life.
What was your first job after college?
As a senior, I worked as a reporter for Ithaca’s local cable station. Then after graduation, I went straight to New York to attend law school.
What has been a major highlight of your career thus far?
I am inspired every day by my clients who are largely entrepreneurs running incredible businesses. I love the connections we make and have the ability to counsel them and grow with them as they grow their businesses.
How have you stayed connected to SU?
My husband Jordan (1998) and I have contributed to an annual scholarship for deserving students and have been involved in SULA events and engagement. We are huge Orange fans and had an amazing time visiting campus last year with our three kids.
What is your favorite memory of Syracuse University?
The fun nights dancing to “Only the Good Die Young” with my Tri-Delta sorority sisters at 44s!
